Buyer is not purchasing the copyright of the graphics, only the right to use them.
The copyrights to the contents will be retained by Pija Design.
Buyer may not claim ownership to any of the original contents in whole, or in part.
Pija Designs for each product gives buyer the right to use the images under specific circumstances.
Specific Circumstances are as follows:
- Purchased items may be used to create personal and commercial projects.
- Create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, invitations and other home printed materials for your customers provided that they are finished pieces.
- No professional print company this means that you may sell items that are printed by you.(you may earn money from this as long as it is a small business)
- Products cannot be sold in their original form. They have to be modified or altered in some way, not just recoloured or resized.
Examples of approved modifications are: add elements of your own to it, add textures, patterns or filters,create something nice ;)etc.
You may not sell a CD of any kind.
You can use the images in tutorials providing I am given full credit and a link back to this website.
You may also upload the image to your own server and offer it from there, if you purchase a tutorial license.
You can't add it at the tube collection in any way.
- Buyer may not include "as is" purchased items in any collections for resale, redistribution or free in file sharing groups.
- Buyer may not use "as is" purchased items for mass commercial reproduction to companies, business organization etc...
